At State Convention, chapters from across the state gather to compete, learn, and have a good time through participation in workshops, competitions, and sessions. At these sessions, awards and degrees are given, winners and new state officers are announced, etc. State is a great way for members to develop leadership skills and make new friends, and is overall a beneficial experience.
